COUNTRY Financial 2017 National Sales Congress

COUNTRY Financial makes a presence at National Sales Congress every year. It is a large expo where many financial representatives come and listen to speakers, learn new tips on building their businesses, and interact with representatives from other regions. The first piece is a 10x8 foot map. The goal was for representatives to take stickers that represent how they found out about a career in sales with COUNTRY. They would take the appropriate sticker and place it on the map where they are from. The second group of pieces are 13" x 72" banners that stood in front of different training rooms where leadership was speaking. The lecture schedule is designed on the banner as well. The third pieces are 4'x8' trip stanchions for All American trips for representatives. If reps make enough sales in a year, they have a chance to go on the All American trip. For 2018, the trip was to take place in San Francisco.
